What is Don Don Donki Online [BETA]?

DONDONDONKI.SG BETA was released on 15 December to help us better understand our customer’s needs. This is part of our efforts to improve the overall shopping experience in-store and online. We will continue to add more products in BETA and we will announce the next release of our online store to all our followers.

What is Don Don Donki Mobile App?

The Don Don Donki App is a loyalty program that functions like a membership card. Collect dMiles to trade in for rewards! All you have to do is search “Don Don Donki” in iTunes or PlayStore, download and register.

Is my DONDONDONKI.SG and Don Don Donki Mobile App accounts linked?

Separate registrations are required on both platforms to ensure that our customer agrees on signing up for both. Using the same email to create accounts in our online store and mobile app links your dMiles and member rank.

Will I earn dMiles from the online store?

Yes, as long as the mobile app membership email is the same email used to register in our online store. dMiles earned online may take up to 48hours to update in mobile app.

When can I get my order?

Our standard shipping is 1-3 business days. Our delivery hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. There are 4 timeslots available now and we will do our best to deliver on your preferred timing.

What is the delivery fee?

A $10 delivery fee will be charged if the order is below $50.

What are your payment methods online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. New payment methods will be made available in our next release.

I am having issues with my account, online store/mobile app, where can I send it to?
